Get to Know Face to Face

What makes us unique?

Why did we start Face to Face?

Shan and I were both raised to seek to be better, to demonstrate grace and kindness, to help when it was within our power to do so, and to do something beyond our own desires. This is the definition of “ministry.”

As we have encountered the myriad personal and professional experiences, we have been sharpened and humbled. We chose to launch Face to Face Communication, LLC because we expect to build family system competence and confidence. Children and families are hurting beyond mention, and it is within our power to facilitate change—emotional resources, behavioral successes, language finesse, and family cohesion, to name a few. The name “Face to Face Communication” was an easy choice because we as humans were designed to communicate with others in exactly that way—Face to Face. You want to disarm another person who is angry? Get face to face…with grace. You want to teach your child to communicate more smoothly? Get face to face…in play and with a smile. You want to help your person heal? Get face to face…with quietness and time.

Relevant and practical caregiver training, physician interfacing, and education staff collaboration allow our Face to Face team to share our behavioral expertise with other professionals. These opportunities also keep us technically sharp as we learn from our peers in the field. Face to Face is more than a service provider; we are a force for positive change and good staff.

Join us as we continue to create a community enriched by the powerful impact of our mission. Together, we are changing lives—one Face to Face connection at a time.
